Agreement to Terms

Our Services

FVC Fountain Valley Concrete provides concrete installation, repair, and restoration services for residential and commercial properties in Fountain Valley, CA and surrounding areas. We offer estimates, consultations, and professional concrete work as described on our website.

Estimates and Quotes

All estimates and quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Prices may change based on material costs, site conditions discovered during work, or changes to the scope of work requested by you. We will notify you of any price changes before proceeding with work.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee. Changes to the scope of work after the project has started may result in additional charges.

Warranties

We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your service agreement. Our warranties cover defects in workmanship but do not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, or natural disasters.

Liability

FVC Fountain Valley Concrete carries appropriate insurance for our work. We are not liable for damage to underground utilities that are not properly marked, pre-existing conditions not disclosed to us, or acts of nature. You are responsible for marking any underground utilities on your property before work begins.

Property Access

By hiring us, you grant us access to your property for the duration of the project. You are responsible for securing pets and ensuring our crew has safe, unobstructed access to the work area. We are not responsible for damage to landscaping or other property features not included in the work area unless caused by our negligence.

Permits and Regulations

When required, we will obtain necessary permits for your project. You are responsible for ensuring that the work complies with any homeowner association rules or deed restrictions on your property. We will complete work according to local building codes and industry standards.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns about our work, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue. If we cannot resolve the matter directly, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
